"My experience with Principal Warranty Group was excellent! When my vehicle was totaled, I contacted Principal to let them know, and to find out what I needed to do to get the claim going. They were very quick and very responsive, they walked me through what I needed to do, and it was all very simple and easy, they kept me informed of timelines of when I would hear back, etc. I then had to contact my lien holder and let them know of the situation and what was going on, and they put horror stories in my head about how they see all the time that GAP companies, do not pay the full GAP or that it takes months and months to get it paid, they did mention that Principal Warranty Corp was a good one, but still they had me worried. I was pleasantly surprised when everything went smoothly with my claim and the entire GAP was covered, I had zero issues, and everything was paid off timely. They explained everything to me clearly when I had questions and helped me through the process. I would highly recommend using this company, I will use them again, especially after hearing the horror stories of other companies from my lien holder!!"
